Design doc for an imagined World War I artillery simulation PC game. Players are placed in the role of a battery commander, and must use realistic methods to select targets, call out ranges, and evaluate the battlefield.

This document examines the systems and mechanics needed to implement the vision. What information does the player need? What’s the scope? What would compensate for these deviations from normal systems?
